Sugar-Free Jam Pudding

This recipe is similar to a steamed pudding but faster and easier. I’ve made this version sugar-free but I don’t think anyone would mind.
Ingredients
¼ cup stevia-sweetened raspberry jam
1 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
20g softened butter
¾ cup baking monk fruit
½ cup milk
1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Grease a pie dish very well.
Place a layer of your chosen jam in the bottom of the pie dish.
Mix all of the other ingredients together and pour into the dish.
Bake for 30 mins.
Turn out onto a plate to serve.
Serve piled with fresh raspberries and with thick cream.
