WHEN it comes to petrol stations, America definitely has it better.
But one woman claims to have found a Co-op in the Essex city of Chelmsford that rivals one of the US gas stops, and even has a Pot Noodle corner and a milkshake machine.

Kristie took to TikTok to do a video tour of the store, which is located right next to Chelmsford train station.
“I’ve just been in one of the coolest Co-ops I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m on my way to work but I’ve just got to show you all this,” she began.
First, she showed the “full barista station”, with all the cups for the different coffee types below.
There was even a jug of oat milk, and syrups you could add yourself.
Next to that was a station with a hot water tap on it, with loads of different pots to choose from – porridge pots, Pot Noodles and Soba ones too.
Kristie noted that “you can obviously take with you on the train because it’s right by the train station”.
There was a wall full of different pastries, all of which were still warm, and one of the things Kristie was most excited about was an orange juicing machine.
“This is one of those things where you put the oranges in and you can obviously pay to have it in a bottle – look at the size of the bottle you can get!” she gushed.
“I really want to get one of these but I’ve just had a coffee and I don’t want to waste it because it’s quite expensive.”
The tour continued with a fill your own Tango Ice Blast machine, followed by a make your own milkshake machine, where you can choose from chocolate, strawberry, vanilla or banana flavoured drinks.
And the last machine Kristie was most excited to see was a frozen gelato one.
“You go in here and you pick your flavour, put it in here and you get fresh ice cream. And you fill it yourself as well,” she said.
“I feel like I’m in an American gas station with all the cool stuff because look at all this guys!”
She then decided to get herself a coffee, with several pumps of pumpkin spice syrup in it, before accidentally spilling it over the counter top.
“The coolest Co-op I’ve ever seen,” Kristie captioned her video.
“Went in Wednesday for the first time,” one person wrote in the comments section.
“Very surprised for a Co-op!”
“This was quite cool when I went in, their coffees are amazing,” another said.
To which Kristie replied: “Isn’t it?!
“The coffee is actually soo nice soooo much cheaper then the coffee in Chelmsford train station.”
“It just gets better and better as the video goes on !!!” a third laughed.
“This is a shop who knows their market! Looks great,” someone else commented.
“I would waste so much money omg,” another admitted.
