The master class provided Dr. Walters with a unique opportunity to hone his facelift expertise by training in the advanced deep plane facelift technique.
The exclusive Istanbul master class is one of several advanced facelift training courses Dr. Walters has attended in the past year. It featured double board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. L. Mike Nayak, a Harvard-trained surgeon recognized internationally for his expertise in deep plane extended facelift surgery. The course also included training in the deep neck lift technique and featured live surgery sessions.
Mastering the Deep Plane Facelift
The deep plane technique is considered the most advanced and effective facelift procedure because it targets the deeper tissue and muscles, reducing tension on the skin that can create a “windswept” appearance.
