A farmer created a stir at a local hospital on Tuesday in Cuddalore in Tamil Nadu, when he arrived for treatment with a poisonous snake in his hand. According to the police, Ezhai, a 53-year-old farmer from a village near Panruti, was working in the field on Tuesday when he felt a bite on his limb. Discovering a Russell’s viper in the vicinity, he successfully captured the snake and brought it to the hospital in a plastic pouch. Currently, he is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
