It looks like Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn could be back with the team next season.
NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that while Quinn is involved in the current coaching carousel, he does plan to return to the franchise if he does not land a head coaching position.

Sources to @BleacherReport: Should he not get a head coaching job, Dan Quinn plans to return to the #Cowboys as their defensive coordinator for the 2024 season.
Quinn has built excellent relationships throughout the Dallas building and is beloved by his players.

The Seattle Seahawks and Washington Commanders are the two remaining vacancies and he is involved with both searches. He completed an interview with the Seahawks last week and is set to meet with the Commanders on Tuesday.
Quinn has been the Cowboys’ defensive coordinator since 2021 and has led an excellent unit. With star players like Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs, the Cowboys have remained towards the top of the league with three consecutive 12-5 seasons.
While this hasn’t resulted in significant playoff success, the dominance of his unit has allowed him to remain a prime coaching candidate for teams. He also brings six years of head coaching experience to the table, as he led the Atlanta Falcons to a Super Bowl appearance and a 43-43 overall record from 2015-2020.
A return to Seattle would be cool, as he served as the team’s defensive coordinator prior to his tenure with the Falcons and won Super Bowl XLVIII with the franchise. He also could have an intriguing task to help the Commanders as the franchise looks to move forward with the No. 2 pick in the 2024 draft.
However, a return to Dallas is also an option, and he could very well be in the same process next offseason.
