FEFSI supports Trisha and issues a condemnation statement against AV Raju

Trisha is one of the few actresses, who has been a leading star in the film industry over the last 20 years. She recently made headlines when actor and politician Mansoor Ali Khan made derogatory comments about her. Now, politician AV Raju made a demeaning statement involving Trisha to a political feud in the AIADMK party.

The actress stated that she’s tired of such people and will be dealing with the issue legally. Many celebrities and activists came in support of Trisha against the insulting comments by AV Raju, who was expelled from ADMK recently. Now, the Film Employees Federation of South India (Fefsi) extended support to Trisha and condemned AV Raju in a new statement. It is now going viral.

It says: “Mr. A.V.Raju, who was expelled from the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, has said some vulgar and slanderous things about the film industry in today’s social media. He said a slander involving actress Trisha in the events that took place to grab the power in the party back in Koovathur in 2017. Apart from that, many actresses and actor Mr. Karunas were insulted in his comments.

They may have various reasons for attacking each other in politics. But we request you not to make unnecessary baseless accusations and vile slanders on the women of the film industry in your political issue.
