Benny Blanco is not letting relationship critics stop him from showing toe. Weeks after being dragged online for taking off his shoes during a date night with girlfriend Selena Gomez, Blanco debuted a new pedicure that seems to be inspired by the pop star.
Hand painted by nail artist Tahvya, Blanco is currently sporting an intricate pickle pedicure. Realism is the name of the game for this look, with each nail featuring a realistic, 3-D rendering of a pickle with the Best Maid logo on his big toes.
Though Blanco did not specify that the snack-inspired design was dedicated to Gomez, the 35-year-old music producer recently revealed that Best Maid pickles are the 31-year-old pop star’s favorite brand. “Fry pickles and get laid,” he captioned a TikTok video about making the fried snack for his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day.
While Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco began dating around June 2023, they didn’t reveal their relationship to the public until December. Since then, the pair have been extremely affectionate on social media, with Blanco joining Gomez as her plus one throughout awards season. On a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the pop star revealed that Blanco put her on blast in front of Jason Segal at the Emmy Awards.

Well that’s what happened between Gomez and the Shrinking actor, who happens to be one of Gomez’s faves. “This is kind of embarrassing. This is such a weird habit, but every night I fall asleep to the same show,” she explained. “It’ll either be Friends or something comfy. But lately, it’s How I Met Your Mother. So I fall asleep every night just watching the show and I’m a fan.”
