A look at Monday’s Regina weather by Environment Canada.
It’s -4 C at Regina International Airport this morning, with 32 km winds coming out of the northeast and a wind chill making it feel like -12.

While today will hit a high of -1, the cold snap sweeping the province will come in overnight, bringing a low of -24 and below-seasonal cold through Tuesday.
Blowing snow today reduces visibility and creates slippery road conditions, so take care out there.
