MANILA, Philippines: The northeast monsoon or “amihan” and the easterlies will continue to affect the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said northern Luzon, particularly Cagayan Valley and Apayao, will have cloudy skies with light rains.
The rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
The northern and eastern sections of the country will have moderate to rough seas.
