The appointments forms part of SNG’s ambition to deliver 25,000 new homes over the next 10 years.
The contractors chosen will cover the South and South West of England including Oxfordshire, Hampshire, across to Devon and Gloucestershire.
Successful contractors include Vistry Partnerships, Hill Holdings, Thakeham and EG Carter.

Within the homes built SNG includes plans to replace older homes that cannot reasonably meet its customers’ needs against the Homes and Place Standard.
