The South Dakota State Jackrabbits won last season’s Summit League tournament, defeating the Omaha Mavericks to earn an NCAA tournament bid.
This season, the Jackrabbits are back. They didn’t lose a single game to a Summit League opponent, finishing 16-0 in conference play. They finished the regular season 24-5.
Brooklyn Meyer is leading the Jackrabbits in points and rebounds, averaging 17.2 points and 8.0 rebounds per game. She’s shooting a blistering 58.9 percent from the field, too.
