Tyson Fury has teased a potential “fight of Britain” with Anthony Joshua if he comes through his unification clash against Oleksandr Usyk. Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion, was in Saudi Arabia as Joshua knocked out Francis Ngannou in two rounds. The pair have come close to agreeing a deal to lock horns in the past but it has never materialised.

Tyson Fury has mapped out how he hopes the rest of his career will play out before he decides to hang his gloves up once and for all.
‘The Gypsy King’ has threatened to retire several times and has followed through in the past but has always been lured back into the ring.
AJ’s win moved a potential blockbuster British clash between the pair back within reach, but Fury has the small matter of a two-fight unification deal with Oleksandr Usyk to get through first.
Should he prevail, the 35-year-old admitted he could bring the curtain down on his time in boxing against Joshua at one of the most iconic sporting venues in the world.
“Styles make fights and my style for him [Joshua] is kryptonite,” Fury told DAZN. “I’ve always said AJ is built to measure for me and just because he knocked out that guy, it’s not the same.
“He couldn’t on any of those right hands on Usyk, a way smaller and lighter man. Boxing is a very difficult game. It’s changing all the time.
“When I’ve got through with the rabbit [Usyk] then we go down for AJ. And that’s the fight of Britain.
“Hopefully we do one fight in Saudi Arabia and one fight at Wembley. A showdown forever, a sign-out for the GK.
“Undisputed and done DJ, time to spend time with my wife and family.”
Fury also responded to Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter who declared his fighter was the best heavyweight in the world after his display against Ngannou.
“I’m sure that Oleksandr Usyk will have something to say about that considering he beat him twice,” Fury added. “Me and Usyk have got an undisputed world championship coming up and he’s just had a show in Saudi Arabia.
“It’s fantastic for the show but it’s me and Usyk who are fighting for the number one and number two position and the undisputed championship of the world.
“That’s what [Eddie] is supposed to say, that’s his guy. If he wasn’t talking like that there’d be a problem.
“But Eddie Hearn, along with his team they know that it’s a different task fighting Tyson Fury to fighting Francis Ngannou.”
