Ottawa police are seeking public assistance to locate an 18-year-old man wanted for threatening behaviour.
A first instance warrant has been issued for Ross Porter for alleged mischief to property and for disguising himself with the intent to commit the mischief.

He is also wanted for uttering threats, and other mischief related offences.
Police said there are “safety concerns” for the victims.
Porter is described as Caucasian, five feet seven inches (170 cm) tall, weighing 146 pounds (66 kgs), with long brown hair. He may have facial hair.
Police cautioned people who see Porter not to approach him.
Anyone with information on Porter’s whereabouts is asked to contact the east criminal investigations section at 613-236-1222, ext. 3566.
