A 21-year-old motorist has been charged with stunt driving following a collision at a commercial property.
The incident occurred April 13, just before midnight, where Windsor police were called to a parking lot in the 3400 block of Wheelton Drive. for a report of a motor vehicle collision.

Officers saw a large number of vehicles fleeing the scene.
Police said they found a parked BMW with extensive front-end damage.

Video footage of the incident is alleged to show an Audi colliding with the BMW at a high rate of speed, causing damage to both vehicles.
Police said they spoke with the Audi’s driver and ordered him to return to the scene. He complied and was arrested by officers.
He has been charged with stunt driving.
The investigation continues with police trying to identify the BMW driver.
