No summer wardrobe is complete without the perfect pair of sandals, and Marks & Spencer shoppers are going wild over these slip ons that are praised for being ‘so comfy.’
The suede shoes boast a similar cut-out front design to the trendy Hermes Chypre Sandals which sell for £730, unlike M&S’s which are priced at a much more affordable £45.
Available in all shoe sizes from a UK 3 to 8, the easy to slip on and off sandals are ideal for heading to the beach, wearing by the pool or nipping to the shops this summer. Seeing as the tan colour option has completely sold out, we have a feeling the black pair won’t be around for much longer.

The adjustable strap is great for those with wider feet, looking for a bit of extra room while the raffia black and white detailing adds a playful finish. Plenty of shoppers have left five-star reviews too, with many calling the sandals ‘so comfortable’ and ‘a great change from chunky Birkenstocks.’
One delighted customer said: “These sandals are so comfortable, a soft flexible footbed and adjustable straps. Very stylish too, great with wide leg linen trousers. Have bought in both colours.”
A second shopper added: “Really comfy and stylish alternative to Birkenstocks. Great with cropped jeans, loose linen trousers etc for summer.”
While a third fan wrote: “I bought these sandals for a holiday in Cyprus. They are very soft, no need to break them in. I’m a firm believer if they hurt when you put them on, don’t buy them.”
Despite gaining plenty of five-star reviews, not everyone was a fan of the sandals with one customer saying: “I bought black ones to go with jeans, but haven’t found them comfy and find it hard to walk in them.” A second found them ‘too wide fitting,’ so if you have narrow feet, this may be something to keep in mind.
