Vestals Catering in Austin and Dallas, Texas, and Bingemans in Kitchener, Canada, have joined the by-invitation group, giving ECEP its first Canadian member.

Vestals Catering, with locations in North and Central Texas, was founded in 2007 by Jordan and Emily Swim.
