A MUNICIPAL woman police officer has been detained by her colleagues for allegedly breaching a protection order obtained by her husband.
The 29-year-old constable, who is assigned to a station in the South-Western Police Division, was arrested on Wednesday.
A police report said the victim spoke to officers around 8.25 a.m. and reported that he and the suspect had argued earlier that morning.
He said he had a protection order that indicates she is not to use threatening or obscene language or physically assault him.
PC Ramsumair and WPC Cobham responded to the report and met the suspect.
