Any Avid Kate Middleton style follower will be privy to the fact that there is one go-to print she reaches for time and time again, the humble polka dot. We’ve seen her wear them on countless occasions from the birth of her son Prince George back in 2013, to events like Ascot and Wimbledon. We also ‘spotted’ her wearing the timeless pattern to do the school run back in autumn 2022.

Boden’s flattering midi shirt dress, which according to the website has been selling like hotcakes since the reduction, resembles the £1,600 Alessandra Rich dress Kate wore back in 2019 to the D-Day exhibition at Bletchley Park.
Kate’s dress however has a white collar and cuff detailing as well as striking button detailing along the front. These signature details have become synonymous with the high-end designer, whilst Boden’s has a simpler aesthetic.
