“I really believe it is. People say it’s exercising. I think it’s meditation,” Salma admitted. Acknowledging her own challenges with exercise, she candidly shared, “You have to find your way. For me, exercising is hard… It’s really, really difficult to have the discipline to do it. But meditation is a walk in the park, because it’s my own form of it.”
The beloved red carpet star incorporates meditation into her daily routine, cherishing moments of self-reflection. Salma Hayek, standing at 5 feet 1 inch, possesses a voluptuous figure with estimated body measurements of 39-24-38 inches and reportedly weighs 132 pounds.
She revealed her ability to meditate for extended periods, thanks to her unique technique, which she found more enjoyable than attempting to completely clear her mind. She revealed that she could meditate for hours explaining, “because you don’t feel the time, and it’s so much fun.”
Furthermore, Salma vehemently denied ever using Botox, particularly when questioned about her radiant complexion. Nonetheless, she openly acknowledged using radio frequency and micro-frequency machines, which she believes assist in skin tightening and the prevention of noticeable wrinkles.
The actress has also shared her positive perspective on aging. She expressed, “I thought getting older meant I wasn’t going to work; I’m working. I thought getting older maybe meant that you’re not in love anymore; I’m in love.”
Salma also revealed an unusual ingredient that she credits with helping her maintain a youthful appearance. She explained, “I use an ingredient called Tepezcohuite that’s used in Mexico for burn victims because it completely regenerates the skin, and there’s no one in the States who is using this ingredient except for us.”
She went on to describe her experience when she introduced some of these unique ingredients to American labs, saying, “Some of the ingredients, when I took them to the American labs, they were like ’Oh my god! How come nobody is using this?’ This is why I have no Botox, no peels, no fillings.”
