Among all the debates across the football world, picking Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo seems to be the toughest one of all.
However, Chelsea Women’s star Lauren James has offered a different answer, with club legend Eden Hazard taking top spot for her.

The 22-year-old returns to Women’s Super League action for the Blues as they eye a fourth consecutive title, scoring against Tottenham at Stamford Bridge.
James is one of their best prospects and is proving to be a key player under Emma Hayes, as well as at international level with England.
Chelsea have been blessed with an abundance of talent over the years on both the men’s and women’s teams.
Hazard is a player that sticks out for many as one of the most talented to have worn the shirt, with James clearly a huge fan.
Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of Chelsea Women’s clash against Tottenham, former Blue Karen Carney asked who she prefers out of international superstars Messi and Ronaldo.
James prefers Messi over Ronaldo, but straight away revealed that she preferred ‘prime’ Hazard over the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner.
Carney then asked if it was because she’s a Chelsea fan, but James insisted: “No, I just like the way he plays, just the way he dribbles. I still have Messi, but Hazard will always be my favourite.”
Hazard scored 110 goals in 352 appearances for Chelsea and proved key in two Premier League wins, as well as Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup triumphs.
