The Soweto giants crashed out of the Carling Knockout after losing 1-0 to AmaZulu at the FNB Stadium.
SuperSport were unable to get a word from the Amakhosi tactician as a few disgruntled supporters were spotted launching objects in direction of the coach.
Read: Chiefs Sanctioned By PSL, At Risk Of Spectator Ban
The club are now at risk of receiving a potential stadium ban for one game after they had already been warned by Premier Soccer League prosecutor Zola Majavu last month.
Chiefs were pleaded guilty to two separate counts of spectator misbehaviour for similar incidents after the defeats to SuperSport United and Mamelodi Sundowns in the DStv Premiership and MTN8 respectively.
When receiving their punishment last month, Majavu warned that should Chiefs be found guilty of the same offence over the next sixth months, they would handed an automatic spectator ban for their next match.
“Over and above that, and as a mark of the PSL DC’s displeasure, the errant behaviour of these few fans, they were further ordered with an automatic spectator ban at the next match. In the event, they were to be found guilty of the same offence during the next six months.
“This is what is traditionally referred to as a lockout, and it is contemplated in the rules of the league. Sadly, and unfortunately, the import of it is that it will affect other innocent spectators or fans of the club they are scheduled to play next,” Majavu said last month.
“Unfortunately, for practical considerations, it would simply mean that a particular fixture will be played without fans on both sides of the team’s fixtured against each other. That will only happen if they are found guilty again within the next six months and having been so convicted by the PSL DC. “
