Valkyrie Funds has filed an amendment prospectus for a Bitcoin spot ETF, adding to the growing number of filings as investors await approval from the SEC for the first batch of crypto spot ETFs. Meanwhile, the SEC has scheduled a closed-door meeting on November 2 where it may discuss ongoing litigation cases, including the SEC v. Ripple case. Ripple is believed to be holding Hinman speech-related documents that the SEC may need to obtain in order to appeal the programmatic sales ruling. In technical analysis, BTC and ETH remained bullish despite sitting in overbought territory, with BTC at $35,000 and ETH at $1,900.
