Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport ‘Grand Prix’ pays tribute to the marque’s historic motorsport greatness.
French hypercar maker, Bugatti has unveiled its latest creation dubbed the Chiron Pur Sport ‘Grand Prix’. This unique hyper sports car was crafted by Bugatti’s Sur Mesure bespoke customization department for a client in Singapore.
One of only two Sur Mesure vehicles with a ‘Grand Prix’ treatment, the one-of-a-kind Chiron Pur Sport ‘Grand Prix’ pays tribute to the marque’s historic motorsport greatness.
Its exterior Blanc (white) finish is complemented by ‘Grand Prix Red’ for the fading ‘EB’ Bugatti logo pattern on the fenders and the start number ‘32’ that adorns the doors on either side of the vehicle.
According to Bugatti, the number ‘32’ on the doors of the ‘Chiron Pur Sport ‘Grand Prix’ references to the times of Louis Chiron’s legendary 1931 win at the French Grand Prix in a Type 51 emblazoned with the number ‘32’.

The artistry of a ‘Bugatti Sur Mesure’ project also touches ‘Chiron Pur Sport Grand Prix’s fixed rear wing and the 1500-hp, 16-cylinder rear engine with hand-painted inscription finished in red over black background.
Just like the highly personalized exterior, the Chiron Pur Sport ‘Grand Prix’ features an interior with details that pays homage to the great achievements of Louis Chiron’s 1931 French Grand Prix victory.
Inside, the special center console inlay is finished in black anodized aluminum, with a silver hand-painted inscription, as well as ‘Grand Prix’ and ‘32’ script on the door sills, headrests and entry lights.
Like the base Pur Sport which starts at $3.6 million, this example uses the famous 8.0-liter W16 engine, that allows a claimed acceleration time (0-62 mph) of less than 2.3 seconds and a top-speed of 218 mph.
