England are on their way to Euro 2024 next summer and it’s yet another huge chance for them to win some silverware.
The Three Lions sit top of their qualifying group with six wins from seven, with a 3-1 victory over Italy sealing their spot at the finals.

Gareth Southgate will have the difficult job of selecting a 23-man squad to take with him to Germany, with big names set to miss out.
A number of England stars have shone for their respective clubs so far this season as they fight for their spot on the plane.
If the tournament was to kick-off tomorrow then several different starting XI’s could be named given the abundance of quality.
talkSPORT.com has had a look at how England could line-up at Euro 2024 based on players’ current form this season.

Jordan Pickford is Southgate’s go-to choice in between the sticks, but Nick Pope has enjoyed a strong season for high-flying Newcastle. His five Premier League clean sheets are the joint-highest in the top flight along with his fellow international teammate Sam Johnstone, making him a strong contender for the starting spot.
Luke Shaw and Ben Chilwell would be two stars gunning to play at left-back in the side but both have been nursing injuries this season.
Levi Colwill has played in the role in previous weeks for Chelsea but he looks more suited at centre-back, so Kieran Trippier could be the chosen man given his ability to play on both sides of the defence.
The Newcastle man has played a right-back this term but with seven assists to his name, his quality on deliveries cannot be overlooked.

At centre-back, Harry Maguire has been a consistent choice under Southgate and his recent resurgence at Manchester United has seen him emerge as one of their best players this term.
Like Trippier, Ben White plays much of his football at right-back but certainly has the ability to play in the middle and his omission from England squads after the World Cup has been a big talking point.
He left their Qatar camp early due to ‘personal reasons’ and hasn’t featured since but has proved key in Arsenal’s impressive season so far with five clean sheets to his name.
Kyle Walker has started every single Premier League match for Manchester City this season and despite being 33-years-old, it’s hard to argue he’s getting any worse amid his top-notch performances.
Reece James and Trent Alexander-Arnold are other contenders, but the former has only just returned from injury at Chelsea and the latter so far lacking with assists compared to his normal standards.
The Liverpool man could play a role in midfield next summer but that area of the pitch is likely to be dominated by three big names.

Declan Rice has sustained his world-class ability since signing for Arsenal from West Ham in the summer, with the 24-year-old a dominant and assertive figure in the middle of the pitch.
Likely to start alongside him is Jude Bellingham, a man who is destined for greatness amid a sensational start to life at Real Madrid in which he has scored 13 goals in 14 appearances.
Southgate is a keen admirer of Jordan Henderson but his efforts for Al Ettifaq have been a little underwhelming and Kalvin Phillips has played just 215 minutes for City this season, so neither make it in.
Playing slightly ahead of them in a midfield three is James Maddison, with Tottenham’s signing of the summer scoring three goals and assisting another five before picking up his ankle injury.
Marcus Rashford scored in the crucial win over Italy but has endured an underwhelming campaign for United, with the winger a far cry from his sensational 2022/23 season.

Raheem Sterling on the other hand has been excellent for Chelsea amid his five goals and two assists in all competitions, with his performance against City last weekend one of his best in blue.
He would deserve a start on the left and on the opposite flank would be Bukayo Saka, who has once again been integral for Arsenal thanks to his 14 goal contributions since August.
Leading the line is highly likely to be Harry Kane, with England’s captain and record scorer excelling at Bayern Munich this season.
He has scored 21 goals in 16 appearances for the German giants and sits top of the scoring charts across Europe’s top five leagues with his 17 strikes in the Bundesliga.
