The Super Bowl may not be for another three months, but it’s championship Sunday in Canada.
The 110th Grey Cup is today, as the Montreal Alouettes and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers go head-to-head in Hamilton, Ontario, for the right to be crowned 2023 CFL champions. It’s the Blue Bombers’ fourth consecutive Grey Cup appearance, as Winnipeg lost to the Toronto Argonauts in last year’s Grey Cup. For the Alouettes, it’s Montreal’s first title game since 2010.
In the United States, the CFL is not an overly popular sport, but there are football fanatics who go crazy for the three-down league. So how can Americans go about watching the 110th Grey Cup on Sunday?

How to watch Grey Cup in USA
Live Stream: CFL+
For Americans looking to watch the CFL championship contest, there is only one option.
CFL+ is the lone way for viewers in the United States to watch the game. It is not available to watch on cable like it has been in years past.
In previous years, ESPN would simulcast the Canadian broadcast of the game on its channels and ESPN+. However, the network and the league did not renew their contract this season.
Instead, the CFL made an agreement with CBS Sports Network to broadcast certain games throughout the 2023 season. However, the CFL playoffs and Grey Cup were not a part of that contract, so CBS Sports’ coverage of the Canadian league concluded in the regular season.
What is CFL+?
CFL+ is the league’s streaming platform for international viewers. It is completely free to access and does not require users to create an account.
The league had been looking to bring a direct-to-consumer streaming option for the American audience, and with their deal with ESPN expiring before the 2023 season, the CFL elected to establish CFL+ as a viewing option in the United States.
