A man aged in his 30s is in hospital with “serious, life-threatening injuries,” police said

A man is in hospital with “serious, life-threatening injuries” after a pedestrian collision in the city on Saturday.
Regina Police Service said in a news release that on Nov. 18 around 9 p.m., officers were called to a report of a motor vehicle versus pedestrian collision near the intersection of 9th Avenue and Albert Street.

Police said they found a man, aged in his 30s, who appeared to have be struck by a vehicle. He was taken to the hospital by paramedics and the driver of the vehicle involved remained at the scene.

Police said the area was closed to traffic but has since been cleared.
