Parties are heating up the Hamptons for the holiday weekend, including Michael Rubin’s famed white party.Instagram/@michaelrubin
The Hamptons are heating up for the Fourth of July.
French restaurant Maison Close is ready to open its Montauk location following a devastating Memorial Day fire.
A source tells us the spot will welcome guests for an outdoor section only, which has seated tables, beds and lounges and a full bar.
The spot — with a Soho flagship location that’s a favorite with stars — went up in flames just before it was set to open in June.
Partner Cole Bernard tells Page Six, “It’s been a team effort to get closer to the finish line with a lot of long hours and hard work to rebuild. We want to make sure that we thank the Montauk community, our neighbors, and all of the local, county and state authorities for helping us bring this incredible experience out East.”
Also in the Hamptons, Fanatics mogul Michael Rubin is bringing back his famed, ultra-exclusive white party at his $50 million Bridgehampton manse.
We hear food will be catered by NYC hotspots including Lucali, Cucina Alba and Kevin Hart’s Hart House.

Elsewhere, hospitality guru Richie Akiva is throwing a private dinner at Kissaki in Water Mill with Casa Del Sol tequila, where model DJ Rachel Winters will spin tunes.
Over at Surf Lodge in Montauk, “Monica Lewinski” singer Saint Jhn, DJ Adam Port, and electronic group Meduza will get the crowd moving.
Montauk hotspot Surf Lodge will have a number of performers throughout the weekend.
Bravo bigwig Andy Cohen will make also an appearance at the venue, plus nearby Bounce to promote cocktail brand Fresca Mixed.
Bounce will also host a morning workout with “The Bachelorette” star JoJo Fletcher and her husband, Jordan Rodgers.
Among other bashes, the Memory Motel will throw an “I Love Sundays” party with Club Rudy’s, and Gurney’s Montauk Resort will host beachside bonfires with Château d’Esclans and dishes from chef Christopher Watts.

Over in Southampton, GoldBar — which soft launched last weekend — will officially throw open its doors with a set by DJ Cassidy.
Hotspot 75 Main, the subject of the reality show “Serving the Hamptons,” is having a drag show and DJs during dinner service.
For those who don’t sleep off all the parties, activewear brand Athletegy will host fitness classes over at Curio @ Project Hamptons in Bridgehampton, and Artacom — by artist Roger Sichel — will open July 2 at the Southampton Cultural Center featuring works by Patrick McMullan, Peter Max and more.
On the socialite scene, the Southampton Historical Museum will host a benefit at the historic Halsey House, with wines by Wölffer.
