Not only are titles on the line at the PFL World Championship Finals but there’s also the chance to win $1 million. Fighters from various backgrounds have worked hard to make it to their final fight of the year, which all take place at The Anthem in Washington D.C. on November 24. The event will air on ESPN+ PPV in the U.S. and DAZN in the U.K.
Fighters from six weight classes compete for glory. The top fight on the card will be Olivier Aubin-Mercier vs Clay Collard in a lightweight finals contest. Last year’s champion Aubin-Mercier beat Shane Burgos, Anthony Romero, and Bruno Miranda to advance. Collard, a boxer who competes under the Top Rank banner, beat Yamato Nishikawa, Steven Ray, and Burgos to advance.
Another former champion ready to return to the finals is Sadibou Sy, who faces Magomed Magomedkerimov in welterweight action. Larissa Pacheco, last year’s lightweight champion, looks to become a two-division champion when she faces Marina Mokhnatkina in a featherweight contest.
Meanwhile, Denis Goltsov faces Renan Ferreira at heavyweight, Josh Silveira faces Impa Kasanganay in light heavyweight action, and the featherweight finals will be Jesus Pinedo vs. Gabriel Braga.
