‎Americana board recommends $180M special, cash dividend

Americana Restaurants International PLC’s board of directors recommended the payment of $130 million as cash dividends for 2023, in addition to $50 million special dividend, as follows:

The dividend distribution process is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general assembly meeting, which will be announced later according to a statement by Americana.
