Atlas Elevators General Trading & Contracting Co. completed the offering of 1.2 million ordinary shares, or 20% of its capital, priced at the top of range at SAR 23 each on Nomu-Parallel Market, Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on the initial public offering (IPO), said.
In a Tadawul statement today, Sept. 19, the company indicated that the IPO was 495.07% covered during the offer period that ended on Sept.14.
The company also mentioned that it will finalize the required listing procedures with Tadawul and then determine the date of debuting on Nomu.
