Baazeem Trading Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a board of directors recommendation of an 11% cash dividend for the second half of 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on May 14, according to a Tadawul statement.
Shareholders will also vote on other items including amending bylaws and related party transactions.
