Carlyle Group sold 1.35% stake at an average price of ₹27.10 per share
Carlyle Group has sold equity stake worth ₹1,056 crore in Yes Bank through open market transaction. Carlyle Group sold 1.35 per cent stake at an average price of ₹27.10 per share.
Of the 390,000,000 shares sold in the open market, Morgan Stanley Asia acquired 306,305,668 shares in Yes Bank for ₹830.08 crore.
