“NCIS” and “The Neighborhood” are confirmed to return on CBS for the 2024-25 TV season.

‘Tis the season for network series renewals…and cancellations.
Five veteran series are confirmed to return on CBS next season: sitcom The Neighborhood, granddaddy NCIS, and the FBI franchise: FBI, FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International.
The Neighborhood, which will lead-in to another comedy following the departure of Bob Hearts Abishola, is heading into season seven. And NCIS is returning for season 22, which will extend its status as the third longest-running scripted drama in primetime history (behind Law & Order: SVU and parent series Law & Order).
“The Neighborhood and NCIS are the very best definition of a CBS comedy and drama,” said Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment in a statement. “They embody authentic storytelling with heart, humor and family dynamics. We are proud to bring them back next season.”
The three occupants of the FBI franchise – FBI, FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International – are also confirmed to return. The mothership, FBI, heads into season seven, FBI: Most Wanted into season five, and FBI: International into season four. The trio is expected to remain on Tuesday.
“The All-FBI Tuesday is a powerful force to be reckoned with on our primetime schedule,” said Reisenbach. “Dick Wolf and the talent in front of and behind the camera on all three series continue to deliver top-notch storytelling, riveting action and intrigue that has captivated a dedicated fanbase steadily across multiple seasons. “FBI,” “FBI: Most Wanted” and “FBI: International” will be returning next season.

The broadcast networks will unveil their primetime schedule plans for next season (among other dayparts) to advertisers and the media the week of May 13. Additional announcements of renewals and potential cancellations will continue until then.
