Watheeq Capital, the financial advisor for the initial public offering (IPO) of Clean Life Co. on Nomu-Parallel Market, announced that the offering of 300,000 shares, or 20% of the company’s capital, was completed.
Qualified investors fully subscribed to the offered shares and the offering was 567.9% oversubscribed. The offer price was set at SAR 112 a share.
The subscription period was from Oct. 1 to 5.
Watheeq Capital will complete the required measures with the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and a date for the share listing on Nomu will be determined accordingly.
