London-listed Dar Global Co., the international arm of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Co., along with the Trump Organization, announced their collaboration to establish a Trump-branded tower in Dubai, Reuters reported.
In a statement, Dar Global said the tower is scheduled to be launched in 2025, adding that this will be the second Trump-branded project in the UAE.
The development, which will include a Trump Hotel and branded residential units, will not be owned or sold by The Trump Organization but the name and mark will be used under license.
Earlier this month, Dar Global and the Trump Organization revealed plans to develop a new project in Jeddah, Argaam earlier reported.
In June, Dar Global also announced plans to invest $300 million in New York, Miami and Los Angeles in the coming months as it seeks partners to develop luxury homes the US.
