Dar Global Co., the international arm of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co., and the Trump Organization revealed plans to develop a new project in Jeddah.
The company said in its announcement that the project targets the luxury real estate market in Saudi Arabia and international investors, significantly enhancing the company’s growth strategy by capitalizing on opportunities in the Kingdom’s major cities.

Dar Global, a real estate developer listed on the London Stock Exchange, indicated that it has development projects valued at $5.9 billion in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, the UK, Spain, and Bosnia.
According to Argaam’s data, Dar Al Arkan International signed an agreement with the Trump Organization in November 2022 to develop Trump residential villas, a hotel, and a golf course in the Aida project in the Sultanate of Oman.
Dar Global Saudi Real Estate Development plans to invest $300 million in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles in the coming months and is looking for partners to develop homes in the US, as recently said by the company’s CEO Ziad El Chaar.
