EnWave Signs Research and Development License Agreement with Major Australian University

DELTA, British Columbia, Oct. 25, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —

EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the “Company”) announced today that it has signed a Research and Development License Agreement (the “Agreement”) with a major university in Australia (the “University”). The University has also committed to purchasing a 10kW Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) dehydration machine to be used at its Brisbane campus.

Under the Agreement, the University will use the REV™ machinery for research and development purposes to propagate REV™ technology with key stakeholders in the food processing industry throughout Australia to help develop innovative, premium food applications. The installation of a 10kW REV™ machine at the University’s Brisbane campus will increase accessibility to EnWave’s technology in Australia by establishing a second domestic location for product trials and demonstrations.
