The value of government tenders offered in the first half of 2023 totaled SAR 193.8 billion, a new report of the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA).
The total value of awarded tenders reached SAR 58.5 billion. The percentage of local content in government procurements stood at 42.9%.
The local content and Saudization requirements applied to 32,400 in the six-month period.
