About Hafiz Ibrahim
Born into a poor family in Kano State, Hafiz Ibrahim plays as a striker in Ojodu City FC in Lagos, Nigeria. He’s driven by a deep desire to change his family’s fortunes and inspire other young footballers like him.
Hafiz never finished school and speaks only Hausa and Pidgin English, but he hasn’t let these challenges dampen his spirit or his career goals.
At a crucial point in his career, Hafiz Ibrahim could be making a significant move that might take him from amateur football to professional ranks. This opportunity is his chance to lift his family out of poverty and set an example for others in his community.
Hafiz scored ten goals in just six matches for Ojodu City, playing a crucial role in propelling the amateur team to the semifinals of the competition.
Originally, Ibrahim was on the verge of signing with Norwegian club Bodo Glimt. However, he decided against it and is now on trial at Chelsea.
