Intelligent Oud Co. (IOud) will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on Oct. 2, under the symbol 9579 and ISIN code SA15SGOKLLH9.
Shares will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits, Tadawul said in a statement.
In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing today, Sept. 28, IOud’s subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible securities holders.
IOud earlier issued its prospectus to float 325,000 shares on Nomu. The offering constitutes 20% of the company’s SAR 16.25 million post-IPO capital (or 25% of the SAR 13 million pre-IPO capital), according to Argaam’s data.
On Sept. 17, the company announced completing the offering’s subscription period, with a coverage ratio of 1,983.63%.
