MAS Financial Services | Non-banking financial company has launched a Qualified Institutional Placement worth ₹400 crore on Wednesday (June 19), with an additional upside option of ₹100 crore. The indicative price for the QIP is set at ₹286.25 per share, which represents an 8.5% discount to the current market price (CMP).
PNB Housing Finance | Asia Opportunities Fund and General Atlantic are likely to sell a combined 4.2% stake in the housing finance company. The floor price for the deal has been set at ₹773 per share, representing an 8% discount from Wednesday’s closing price.
Sapphire Foods | The company said its board of directors has approved the subdivision of the company’s equity shares. The decision was made to split each existing equity share with a face value of ₹10 into five equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each.
Gensol Engineering | The company allotted a second tranche under greenshoe option allotment of 250 MW/500 MWh from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam for the standalone battery energy storage systems project to reach 500 MW/1,000 MWh.
KEI Industries | The company said its operations of plants situated at Rakholi and Chinchpada are partially affected due to the stoppage of production due to a strike announced by labour. No strike at other plants. The company is in discussion with concerned labour contractors/workers to resolve the issue amicably.
Reliance Jio | According to Trai’s monthly subscriber report, Reliance Jio led the growth in the wireless segment by adding 2.68 million net new subscribers, taking its total customer base to 472.42 million. The growth in the wireline segment was also led by Reliance Jio, with the addition of 355.9 thousand new customers.
Bharti Airtel | According to Trai’s monthly subscriber report, Bharti Airtel added 752 thousand customers, thereby its subscriber base growing to 267.57 million in April 2024. Bharti Airtel added 118.8 thousand new subscribers in the wireline segment.
Brigade Enterprises | The company on Wednesday said it has signed an agreement worth ₹150 crore to develop the third tower of the World Trade Center (WTC) at Infopark in Kochi.
Som Distilleries | The company said the Madhya Pradesh Excise Department has suspended the license of an entity where 59 children were rescued. The company has clarified saying that no action has been taken against the listed entity and this is against an associate company.
