Mr Ibu’s Wife Accuses Adopted Daughter of Attempting to Seize Donations 

Stella Maris Okafor, Mr Ibu’s wife has raised concerns over allegations that her adopted daughter, Jasmine Chioma Okeke, is conspiring to disrupt her marriage and gain control of the donations intended for her ailing husband’s medical treatment. The Nollywood actor whose real name is John Okafor was recently diagnosed with a life-threatening disease.

Recent reports have unveiled a brewing conflict between Mr Ibu’s wife and his daughter revolving around the financial contributions received to support John Okafor’s ongoing health treatment.

Mr Ibu’s wife has leveled accusations against her adopted daughter, asserting that Jasmine has made attempts to divert the funds for her personal use. This includes financing a reportedly extravagant lifestyle, with rumors suggesting aspirations of purchasing the latest iPhone 15 and new automobiles.

It has come to light that Stella Maris had already withdrawn a substantial sum of N1 million from the donations, further intensifying the tensions between her and Jasmine. She continued, “Recently, there have been some malicious lies being peddled against me on social media as masterminded by Jasmine Chioma Okeke, who wants to make me an outsider in my own home but God forbid. I will address my family affairs and other related matters when the time is right. For now, my husband’s health is most important.”
