Amentum announces Luis German as CIO

Amentum

Amentum is a global engineering, project management, and solutions integration provider. Prior to joining Amentum, German served as CIO at Visteon. Previously, he spent almost 20 years at Tenaris, where he served as Chief Process and Information Officer. German has a Physics degree from the University of Buenos Aires, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Adrian Butler joins Foot Locker as CTO

Foot Locker is a footwear and apparel retailer with approximately 2,700 retail stores in 29 countries. Previously, Butler held CIO roles at Casey’s General Stores and Dine Brands, the parent company to Applebee’s and IHOP. He earned a BS from Grambling State University, an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Doctorate from University of Maryland Global Campus.

Modivcare appoints Jessica Kral as CIO

Modivcare is a technology-enabled healthcare services company that provides a platform of integrated supportive care solutions for public and private payors and their members. Kral comes to Modivcare from Optum and held previous positions at UnitedHealthcare and Target. She earned a BBA from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Lamb Weston announces Sukshma Rajagopalan as CIDO

Lamb Weston is a supplier of frozen potato, sweet potato, appetizer, and vegetable products to restaurants and retailers around the world. Rajagopalan came to Lamb Weston from Avantor, and before that held roles at PepsiCo and Kraft Foods. Rajagopalan earned a bachelor’s from Parker College of Business – Georgia Southern University and an MBA from University of Houston – Clear Lake.

Scott Kessler named CIO of Northeast Grocery

Northeast Grocery

Northeast Grocery is the parent company of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Tops Markets. Kessler most recently served as CIO for BJ’s Wholesale Club. Earlier, he held roles at Belk, GSI Commerce Solutions, and Accenture. Kessler holds a BS in business management and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Angela Chen named CIO at the University of Delaware

University of Delaware

Originally founded in 1743, the University of Delaware is a research university located in Newark, Del. Chen comes to the University of Delaware from New York University. She held previous roles at Yale University, AIG, Bank of America, and Liquidnet. Chen earned her bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine at Shanghai Medical University and her master’s degree in management information systems at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jennifer Prescott joins CDM Smith as CDIO

CDM Smith

CDM Smith is an engineering and construction firm providing services and solutions in water, environment, transportation, energy, and facilities. Prescott held previous roles at Kleinfelder, Molson Coors, and PWC. She earned a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.

HarborOne Bank names Brent Grable as CIO

HarborOne Bank

HarborOne Bank, headquartered in Massachusetts, serves the financial needs of consumers, businesses, and municipalities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to joining HarborOne, Grable held roles at Santander Consumer USA, State Street Bank, Investors Bank and Trust, and State Street Global Advisors. Grable received his MBA and BS in Economics from Babson College.

Exigent names Oscar Araya as CIO

Exigent is a provider of highly technical mechanical services in the built environment such as HVAC, plumbing, power, and energy efficiency. Araya was previously SVP of Digital at Beacon Building Products. He earned a BS degree in Management Information Systems from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, Costa Rica.

Bluewave announces Val Milshtein as CIO

Bluewave is a premier technology and telecom advisory that aims to help clients grow revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Milshtein most recently served as the CTO for Stack Infrastructure. Before that, he held roles at Cologix and Level 3 Communications (now Lumen).

Adam Gorski named CIO of Post University

Post University, founded in 1890, is a private university located in Waterbury, Conn. Previously, Gorski held leadership positions at Contour Global Management, The Timken Co., Element Solutions, and Stanley Black and Decker. Gorski earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Management, Digital Innovation and Transformation from Walden University and holds an MBA from the University of Hartford.

Gifted Healthcare names Craig Wigginton as CIO

Gifted Healthcare is a healthcare staffing agency that provides Travel, Per Diem, LTAC, and School-Based nursing contracts across the US. Wigginton held previous roles at Icario and Altruista Health.
