‎Rasan issues supplementary prospectus for IPO on TASI

Rasan Information Technology Co. published a supplementary prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market (TASI).

The company stated that it has made some modifications to the preliminary prospectus as outlined in Section 5 (Modifications to certain information contained in the preliminary prospectus of this supplementary prospectus).

It clarified that the issuance of the supplementary prospectus aims to provide more precise and clear information and details related to the group’s activities included in the preliminary prospectus.

The company emphasized that the issuer must submit a supplementary prospectus to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in accordance with Article 49 of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued thereby if the issuer becomes aware, at any time after the publication date of the prospectus and before the completion of the offer, of any of a significant change in material matters contained in the prospectus, and the emergence of any significant issues that should have been included in the prospectus.

The retail offering will run from May 29-30, Argaam earlier reported.

The stock’s nominal value is SAR 1 each.

A total of 2.27 million shares, or 10% maximum of the total shares on offer, will be allocated in a second stage to individual investors.
