King Salman Park
The Quality of Life, one of Vision 2030 programs, launched a fund, in partnership with the private sector, to develop a real estate investment project at King Salman Park, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The investment fund aims to develop more than 290,000 square meters of King Salman Park, with SAR 4 billion in capital.
The fund was established in partnership between Saudi Fransi Capital and Naif Alrajhi Investment, with support from the Quality of Life Program.
The fund outputs contribute to enhancing the quality of life at the park. They come as part of the efforts to stimulate the private sector to achieve Vision 2030 goals.
