1. Low Energy Levels; calories are necessary for the body because they help boost energy level. But if you start feeling very weak unecesarily, then the best thing you should do is to eat enough food and watch out if your energy level will increase.
2. Inability to Get Pregnant; this is another sign that could be an indication that you’re not consuming as much food as your body needs. As a woman being underweight or not feeding well can affect pregnancy in a very serious way. So if you are not feeding well and suddenly start having issues with pregnancy, then you should consider improving on your food intake and see if your pregnancy chances would increase.
3. Feeling Cold all the time even when you are not sick; this is another sign that show you’re not eating as much food as you should eat. The body needs calories and nutrients to generally remain healthy but if you don’t eat enough food, it can cause a feeling of coldness that is for no clear reason.
