The board of directors of the Small and Medium Enterprise Bank (SME Bank) appointed board members, chaired by Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan.
The board of directors is comprised of the following: Ghassan Al-Shibl, Ziyad Alshiha, Mutlaq Almorished, Rania Nashar and Abdulilah Al-Nemr.
SME Bank was established by the Saudi Cabinet’s decision No. (376), dated Feb. 16, 2021 and its Bylaws were issued on Nov. 2, 2022. It is one of the development banks affiliated to the National Development Fund, which aims to increase the value of loans portfolio in the financial sector, as well as fill the financing gap and increase the contribution of financial institutions in providing innovative financing solutions, and achieving financial stability.
