Miyar Capital, the financial advisor on the offering of TAQAT Mineral Trading Co. on Nomu-Parallel Market, announced that the completion of offering at a 109.48% subscription rate, according to a statement to Tadawul today, March 17.

Miyar Capital will finalize the required procedures with Tadawul and then determine the date for listing TAQAT shares on Nomu.
Qualified investors started, on March 6, subscription to 2.44 million shares of TAQAT Mineral. The offer price has been set at SAR 18 per share. The subscription period closed on March 13, according to Argaam’s data.
Shares offered for subscription represented 20% of the post-IPO shares, and 25% of the company’s pre-offering capital.
