This historical pattern indicates a strong connection between Bitcoin’s RSI dropping into oversold territory and subsequent price hikes. Echoing the bullish stance well-known crypto analyst Wolf of All Streets highlights the importance of two key moving averages (MAs) in Bitcoin’s price patterns. As per the analyst, breaching the 50-day MA signals a potential change in direction, while the 200-day MA steadily rises, currently at around $57,000. These levels could provide strong support for Bitcoin’s price.
Additionally, Bitcoin has consistently stayed above the 200-day MA since it was valued at $28,000, indicating solid support against further drops, hinting at a great buying opportunity for investors.
