Adidas and Fewocious Sign NFT Deal

Adidas this week leaned further into the NFT world with a deal with web3 artist Fewocious to launch a phygital NFT collection called Trefoil Flower. The collection will go live next week on OpenSea and will allow collectors to order the physical sneaker after minting an NFT.

The phygital collection comes two months after the apparel heavyweight released the ALTS by Adidas collection and is further evidence of a big brand seeing the potential of the NFT world even in a bear market.

3AC’s Grails NFT Collection Fetches Nearly $11 Million

The second sale of NFTs from the bankrupt Three Arrows Capital (3AC) Grails collection this week fetched nearly $11 million during a live auction event through Sotheby’s. The sale featured 37 generative artworks with one NFT, Ringers #879 or ‘The Goose’, selling for $6.2 million.

The first public sale of NFTs seized from 3AC brought in close to $2.5 million, with a private sale fetching an additional over $3 million, as the hedge fund tries to claw bak as much money for its creditors as it can.
